Where does one begin... I was out of town visiting my family. I though before I leave I better make sure my car (09 Mazda) will make it through the commute home. As my car was just about completed the valve stem blew off my tire! Tyler the tech who was working under my car came to the rescue! He called a bunch of other local car shops to see if we could get my tire fixed and myself on the road. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and every local shop was closed! Tyler, who then called Jesse to come and help fix the situation since Tyler couldn’t leave the shop unsupervised. Jesse ran myself and my car down (after Tyler put the spare on) to Walmart since they were the only ones open to possibly can fix my tire. After driving, there we found out that they didn’t have the valve stem that I would need. Jesse got on his phone and started calling auto part stores to see if they had the part. Finally, they found a store that did have the part and Walmart was able to fix my tire and get me moving. Everyone who was involved to help me get home was extraordinary helpful and concerned about me getting home safely. Tyler waved my all expense from when I was there at the shop and both Jesse and Tyler took care of the expenses from Walmart and getting the valve stem for my tire. I feel like one lucky girl to have Tyler and Jesse. I will be returning back to the shop whenever I’m in town visiting.
Five Star Service? Yes! Josh and Tyler even pulled in other guys on site to try to find the problem. I really thought they went " the extra mile" to remedy a situation. They spent more time and effort than anyone could expect. I think we parted friends because they understand that in business or life it takes committed effort to win customers or friends.
Thank you again!
Gopd service, reasonable prices, dod not try to upsell me on unneeded otems.
I was on "the floor" for 92 minutes last visit while they tried to do a radiator flush but couldn't. A bunch of young kids that don't seen to know what hurry is. They all move so slow it drives me crazy. Now in sitting here with a line behind me watching 2 people oh so slowly go through the motions of an oil change on the car in front of me while the manager sits in the office not managing. They don't check your lights anymore, ask about the wipers, check the air filter....
I watched them not change the copper crush washer on my personal car, and denied it even after I asked them to please change the washer. Have never checked my tires while I was there. Took the company truck in, told me I had to have synthetic oil even after I showed them the manual stating regular 15-40 was preferred, they wouldn't do it, and since the oil was already drained, there was nothing I could do. I even called a real chevy dealership and talked to the service and they said regular 15-40 was all they put in the duramax trucks. They also stripped a screw on the air filter housing, I watched the kid do it then give the screw to someone else, and he then told me someone from the past did it. I would never go back to that shop, they're young with no experience and have no idea what real manufacturer specs are.
