Unbelievable GOLD STANDARD in customer service. My car purchase transaction was effortless, they understood my need and accommodated it in ways that have blown me away!!! Found out that Gresham Toyota had sold me a vehicle that should have been salvage title and Dealers Market took it on trade for every penny that I stilled owed - no low balling or going back and forth!! On top of that, they found a LOCAL credit union to finance me at 1/4 of where I was currently financed!!! Every encounter I had with each and every person through every stage of the purchase process was truly the most professional, hospitable, wonderful example of LOCAL customer service. Will not hesitate to return for service and future purchases. Truly, it made car buying a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this dealership!! The salesman Steve was pushy and kind of rude. The previous manager promised a 3rd party mechanic supposedly did a 121 point inspection of the car and our head light ended up being out and the air filter and cabin filters on the vehicle were the original and never replaced. And they were distrubingly dirty. So one can assume an inspection wasnt actually done. They also promised to cover the headlight repair and fell through becuase they knew they could without it added to the additional paperwork. And lastly to complete the sale the manager promised to fill half a tank worth of gas and never kept his word to that.
Not sure when this place changed from MAPS to Dealers Market, but they have sales people you thought you only saw in movies. Over priced junk with SPECIAL in the window. The only thing special would be the unexpected shopper who gets ripped off. Shop around and research your pricing.
Sales were good but do not waste your time and money and purchase a extended warranty contract from allstate I purchased a vehicle and ball joints are bad and all state won't cover it because they say it's pre existing or the wrong contract. Big waste of money time and headache.
Overall Bad experience and I will never go back and never recommend!
